The employment process at Home At Heart Care (HAHC) involves these steps:
1. Fill out and submit our online application form by clicking on the below, "Online Application - Apply Here" button.
2. Complete:
– Applicant submits study on NetStudy site (see instructions)
– Applicant provides HAHC with a copy of acceptable identification (see list here)
H@HC processes the study
– Applicant receives Background Study Fingerprint and Photo Authorization Form from HAHC or online under NetStudy
– Applicant to go to a study site (see list of sites) for Fingerprinting/Photo ID
- PCA/CFSS Support Workers Online Training to obtain Certification via email (see step by step directions)
- Fingerprint/Photo ID Background Study - Call our HAHC Office in Clearbrook at 218-776-3508 (Toll Free: 866-810-9441) to schedule an appointment
– Applicant submits study on NetStudy site (see instructions)
– Applicant provides HAHC with a copy of acceptable identification (see list here)
H@HC processes the study
– Applicant receives Background Study Fingerprint and Photo Authorization Form from HAHC or online under NetStudy
– Applicant to go to a study site (see list of sites) for Fingerprinting/Photo ID
3. Submit the above completed items and PCA Certificate in one of the following ways:
