Services Portal
The Services Portal is a website that helps Clients meet EVV requirements while keeping choice and control in their self-direction. The Services Portal is used for approving, adjusting, denying, and viewing shifts. Shifts are automatically sent to the Services Portal when a Caregiver records a shift using the Mobile App. Shifts can also be created manually in the Services Portal if needed.
To register an account, please contact the H@HC office with your up-to-date and preferred email. We will then start the process of setting up your account. You will then receive two emails with instructions on the remaining steps to confirm your account and set a password.
