- At the beginning of a shift, use the approved Patient’s phone and dial 844-469-4950.
- Enter “1” to Clock In.
- Enter your Assignment ID. If you do not know what this # is, please contact the HAHC office.
- The system confirms the entry and ends the call.
CALL OUT
STEP 1
- At the end of the shift, use the approved Patient’s Phone again and dial 844-469-4950.
- Enter “2” to Clock Out.
- Enter your Assignment ID.
- Enter the duties performed for the Visit (see below table).
- After entering all duties, enter “000#”. The system confirms the entry and ends the call.
