Prior to calling, make sure you have your Assignment ID.

CALL IN

STEP 1
  • At the beginning of a shift, use the approved Patient’s phone and dial 844-469-4950.
STEP 2
  • Enter “1” to Clock In.
STEP 3
  • Enter your Assignment ID. If you do not know what this # is, please contact the HAHC office.
STEP 4
  • The system confirms the entry and ends the call.

CALL OUT

STEP 1
  • At the end of the shift, use the approved Patient’s Phone again and dial 844-469-4950.
STEP 2
  • Enter “2” to Clock Out.
STEP 3
  • Enter your Assignment ID.
STEP 4
  • Enter the duties performed for the Visit (see below table). 
STEP 5
  • After entering all duties, enter “000#”. The system confirms the entry and ends the call.
