The employment process at Home At Heart Care (HAHC) involves 3 steps:

1. Fill out and submit our online application form by clicking on the left
"Step 1. Application" button. |
2. Complete the PCA/CFSS Support Workers Online Training Certification
a. Applicant completes the training: Click on the left "Step 2a. PCA/CFSS Support Workers Training" button. -Complete the training b. Applicant takes the test: Click on the left "Step 2b. PCA/CFSS Support Workers Test" button -Select “PCA/CFSS support workers: Individuals who help people with daily tasks in either PCA or CFSS" -Select Next - Register" button -Complete the form -Check your email and select the language of choice to take the test -Upon completion, please notify H@HC staff -Click HERE for step by step directions |
3. Background Study Process
a. Applicant submits study on NetStudy site: Click on the left "Step 3a. Submit Background Study" button to open the pdf instruction guide -Click on the hyperlink listed under the Instructions -Provider Number: reference the box in the instructions b. Applicant provides HAHC with a copy of acceptable identification (see list here): Click on the left "Step 3b. Upload copy of ID" c. H@HC processes the study d. Applicant receives email from IDEMIA with instructions on how to complete the online pre-enrollment process. e. Applicant subject completes the online pre-enrollment process. f. Applicant arrives at the fingerprint and photo service location at their scheduled time. |
