FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

I signed my eTimeCard and it "disappeared".  Where did it go?
  • A filter has been applied to hide the completed ones.  Click here to view a video showing how to change the filter to make the eTimeCard show again.  
How does H@HC receive my time?
  • As soon as you tap the save button on your electronic device, office staff can see the completed time right away
How do I get help when I need it?
  • H@HC office staff are available to help with any questions you may have, 218.776.3508
Can I continue to use paper timesheets?
  • Yes, H@HC is not requiring E-Timecards, but are encouraging caregivers to learn how to use them
Will my pay schedule change if I use eTimeCards?
  • No, your pay schedule will remain the same as it is with the paper timesheets
How do my client and I sign the eTimeCards?
  • There will be a box on the electronic device that you will sign with either your finger or stylus.  Tap save and the work is done!
